We meet on Sunday mornings for a weekly service at 10:30am in the Hersham Centre for the Community, Queens Road.
The service takes place so that the community of God's people can meet and worship together in a friendly environment. We express our love of God to Him and worship Him in the Name of Jesus through the guidance, freedom and power of the Holy Spirit.
We also meet so that we can express our love and service to each other because we have been created to be one body (1 Corinthians 12:12-27) with one head, the Lord Jesus (Colossians 1:18).
Services centre on praise and worship to our God through singing, reading the Bible, teaching, prayer and by sharing testimonies. Sermons proclaim the truth and power of the Word of God and not the ideas of man. Holy Communion is regularly celebrated, usually on alternate Sundays.
Children and young people are welcome to attend our services, but we don't currently provide a dedicated youth church or Sunday school. If you would like to bring children under 16 years old, please contact us in advance so that we can plan a programme of suitable activities. We do ask that children under 5 years old are accompanied by an adult at all times.
Refreshments are available after the service, giving valuable opportunity to share and encourage each other.
For those who are deaf or hard of hearing, one to one BSL interpretation (up to Stage 2) can be organised by prior arrangement. If you think that you might require this service, then please contact us for more information. The Hersham Centre for the Community is a modern, comfortable and fully accessible building with easy wheelchair access throughout. The entrance is located at the side of the building and there is plenty of free car parking available.
Please feel free to visit us at any time.
